“Mock” Schedules

Working with each department’s appointment scheduling team, a typical weekly look is prepared to see how cases are booked per room, in comparison with Epic data for in-room times.

Cases are identified as In-Patient or Out-Patient and color-coded to space planning diagrams.

Mock Schedule variations are created for each phase of construction and the final end state. Realistic projections can be modeled for anticipated number of cases per new room of the proposed plan and for the entire department. The identified data for Procedure types and Case counts feeds into the Project Proforma.
